Sanjay Luthra is Director, HGS India and heads the organisation in India. Sanjay joined Hutchison Whampoa in India in 1995 in their telecom business and is their longest tenured employee. After handling Customer Operations for major telecom brands for over 8 years, he moved over to set up HGS India in 2003. Sanjay has over 16 years of experience in the field of service management across industries like Hospitality, Banking and Telecom. He is a graduate in Economics and Hotel Management. In his free time, Sanjay enjoys cooking and staying fit.
