I love everything about HGS. It has provided me with an excellent atmosphere to work, which in turn has been very motivating. I have throughout been a great performer and a supportive team leader has also made my growth process very smooth. All thanks to HGS I have also grown as an individual at a personal level.

HGS is a perfect place for you to be if you want to maintain that work life balance which most people these days miss out on. The people around are friendly and nice and are always willing to help and feels like being with a big, huge family.

HGS is like a family to me; supportive, helpful and there besides me at all times. The bond that links this family is not one of blood, but of respect and joy in each others life. The friendly atmosphere at HGS keeps me going. I love to work here because of the friends that I have made in this organisation. Also, the colourful ambience of the office makes it a great place to work.

I like working at HGS because it is closer home, but on a serious note I like the challenges that my work here throws up at me, but due to a helpful team and supportive managers I have always been able to meet those challenges. Also, there is work pressure like elsewhere, but the fun and the activities are always making up for it.

HGS has been my longest tenure in my 25 years of work experience and the strongest reason of my survival here is the sense of belonging. We have such lovely employee engagement programs, which make up for all the work pressure. Also, I always look forward to come to work because of the young and lively crowd here. It keeps you young at heart as well.

I have been able to grow in HGS for the past 7 years because of the familial atmosphere it has to offer to all its employees. It has a very friendly, open and healthy atmosphere. There have been minor issues, but due to understanding coworkers and seniors they were easily resolved.

I am with HGS for the last 6 ½ years & it has been an amazing journey. Everyday has been a learning and I can proudly say that the organisation has helped me grow personally and professionally. What I really love is the Customer & Employee centricity that I see being displayed across the organisation. Our culture is our strength & truly the core reason for us going from "Good" to "Good"

One thins that has been excellent in my entire journey has been the way that be it an advisor or a Manager every one is first treated as a Human. I have seen Conversations in the past in some organisations been more of a way of telling you what you are not doing right but in HGS it is more about understanding both points of view and helping a person grow. Its an awesome place where we look at not just our growth but the growth of everyone we work with and each person is looking out for the other. I have rarely seen the freedom to express ones self as well as the friendly atmosphere in a work environment and all I have to say is that HGS is the perfect blend of this. If given a chance I would say that a lot of people could learn how to value a "PERSON" from HGS

The thing which keeps me going at HGS is the constant learning that I get here. Everyday is a new day and I am constantly doing something new or working on something innovative. Also, the opportunities of growth are excellent here. I really want to stay and grow only at HGS.

At HGS I have not only been able to grow professionally but also at a personal level I feel fulfilled because of the kind of friends I have here and also the immense amount of learning that I received from everyone around. And when HGS says its employee centric it actually walks the talk.
