AM IT Operations (Aus)
Criteria:
- Management of 24*7 IT operations in a voice & applications based contact center environment.
- 5 to 6 year experience in the Telecommunications or IT industries.
- Detailed knowledge of Telecommunications and IT environments and their associated support systems.
- Knowledge of key infrastructure services and applications such as IP Networking, Data Centre facilities, call center facilities, billing environments and Reconciliation environments as well third party provided services.
- Knowledge of industry Best practices and methodologies specifically ITIL and Project Management.
- Comprehensive understanding of Problem Management, Fault Management, Release and Incident Management processes.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
