Process Description
- Identify billing related issues and explain adequately the reasons for the same
- Manage customer inquiries and provide end to end resolution with regard to price plan, free data allowance, installments, payment charges and network coverage
- Support post sale inquiry relating to network and handsets
- Develop customer service leads for other channels
- Verbally demonstrate the features and benefits of 3 products and services and information concisely, accurately and in an enthusiastic manner
