Sr. Exec IT Operation (Aus)
Criteria:
- Management of 24*7 IT operations in a voice & applications based contact center environment.
- 3 to 5 year experience in the Telecommunications or IT industries.
- Knowledge of Telecommunications and IT environment and their associated support systems.
- Knowledge of industry Best practice and methodologies, specifically ITIL and SLM.
- Comprehensive understanding of Service Desk Management.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Good knowledge of excel and power point.
